3 Ways To Get Rid of Belly Fat
Okay ladies, this one is for you struggling with that annoying and stubborn fat around their tum tums. You know the one. It's that kind of fat that no matter how many crunches you do just does not go away. Maybe you've tried some extreme measures to get rid of it and maybe you've spent a lot of time staring and judging it in the mirror. Wherever you're at with this battle, I want to reassure you that it's much more simple than you think. Here are my top 3 ways to get rid of that belly fat...
CUT THE SUGAR
I'm sure you've heard this before but nothing good comes from too much sugar. And by sugar I mean processed junk crap that seems to be in everything lately. I'm not an extremist in the way that I believe that some sugar and natural sugar ( like from fruit) is fine, but when you find yourself ingesting cake, Starbucks, etc all day...you got a problem. When you have too much sugar in your diet and you're not burning a ton through exercise, it likes to form a nice cozy home around your abdomen. Foods high in carbohydrates turn into sugar and can cause this too. You can start by taking away one high sugary thing everyday and see how that feels, then progressively take away more.
DRINK MORE WATER
If you're experiencing belly bloat, the last thing you'd think to do was to drink water. However, if you're retaining too much fluid around your abdomen, you actually need to drink MORE water to flush it out. If there's no movement in the fluid, it's just going to stay there and pile up and leave you feeling like you're 7 months preggers at all times. Try adding lemon to your water as well as lemon helps to flush out excess water that you may be holding onto.
This might be a bit crude but hear me out. If you're noticing that you have excessive belly fat and you're sitting a lot whether in a desk or a car, the two can be related. Think about it, all the garbage you're eating is sitting in your intestines without being mobilized. The more you move your body, the more your bowels move. The more your bowels move, the less backup you have causing bloat and belly fat. If you really can't imagine moving so much everyday, start small with just a 10 minute walk or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Just get things going!
